Julie Lambert
Julie Lambert has over 35 years' experience in managerial and executive positions in Finance, Human Resources, Compliance, and Strategic Planning with both publicly traded and privately held corporations. In addition, she has served as volunteer and staff in the not-for-profit realm in independent schools, local school districts, and higher education.

Her leadership roles include private foundations, community branches of national non-profit organizations, and local governmental committees, boards, and agencies.
She has a demonstrated history of success in human resource and employee relations, budgeting and financial analysis, and project-based as well as long-range planning.
Prior to forming the Lambert Group, Ms. Lambert worked for California-American Water Company, Oregon State University Foundation, Santa Catalina School, S. Martinelli & Company, and the United Way of Santa Cruz County. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University, an MBA from Golden Gate University, and a certificate in Marketing Communication from San Jose State University. In addition, she has current credentials from Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and from the Society of Human Resources Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

Betsy Burton
Betsy Burton is a leading advisor, speaker and author on technology-enabled business strategies, business architecture, digital business transformation, enterprise architecture and business capability modeling.
With over 35 years' experience, Ms. Burton has worked with thousands of organizations to help them recognize and achieve their strategic goals. Ms. Burton has extensive experience working with organizations in public and private sectors. She is a well recognized and highly rated speaker for both external and internal events, including keynotes, executive interviews, interactive workshops and trainings.
For 23 years, Ms. Burton held a variety of senior research and management positions within Gartner Inc. Most recently, as a VP & Distinguished Analyst, her research was focused on business architecture, enterprise architecture (EA), digital business, business capability modeling, technology-enabled business strategy, and business ecosystems. She also lead Gartner’s Hype Cycles special report, including over 120 hype cycle reports and 2000 innovation profiles.
Ms. Burton served as the Chief of Research for EA, business process management (BPM) and program portfolio management (PPM). In addition, she was Team Manager for Gartner’s Business Intelligence, Analytics, Information Management, and Enterprise System Management organization. Ms. Burton was responsible for defining Gartner’s research methodology (including Vendor Ratings, marketscopes, and Magic Quadrants), lead analyst for Oracle and CA, and research lead for collaboration.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Burton held a variety of positions at Borland International, Sybase, Santa Cruz Operations, Britton Lee and Digital Research. She is an active member of numerous standards consortia, including ANSI, the SQL Access Group, X/Open, and Open Software Foundation. Ms. Burton holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from University of Colorado with a major in Computer Science and minors in Mathematics and English Literature.
